The Choroideremia Research Foundation Inc. is an international, non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to find a treatment or cure for Choroideremia, a rare inherited retinal degenerative disease that causes blindness. Our mission is to raise funds in support of scientific research leading to a treatment or cure of choroideremia, a hereditary retinal-degenerative disease that causes blindness; to educate people affected by the disease; and to inform the public.

Declan is an 8-year-old boy from Saskatchewan. Declan, as well as his younger brother, has been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder. In Declan's words, his autism has given him a "mind with wings". He is a very creative boy, aside from his art he also enjoys making stop-motion videos. Declan loves jokes, video games, and trains. When he grows up Declan says he's going to be a video game designer. He is the most kind-hearted, beautiful soul and is truly happy that his artwork will be helping others.

Griffin is a thirteen year old who loves playing the piano, creating art, hiking, reading, and playing video games. He embraces his Aspergers and openly talks about it, so that others can better understand him. He would love to become a video game designer and composer. He recently started learning Japanese and hopes to visit Japan one day. One of his family mantra's is "We'll Never Stop Trying", which is something he tries to do especially when things are challenging.
