Brooklynn is a vibrant 9 year old that faces multiple medical challenges. Her main health issue is Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, she also has 1st degree heart block, Adrenal Insufficiency, Absent Bilateral Carotid Arteries, Protein Losing Enteropathy and Chronic Lung Disease. She has had 21 surgeries and procedures, 3 of those open heart surgeries. She had both a trach and gtube for 5 years. She is a gem and lets none of this dim her smile and love for life! She loves baby animals, dancing, drawing, singing and playing Barbies with her little brother. Although she has multiple restrictions and frequent labwork and clinic visits she is a Rockstar and always makes the best of it.
