Every two weeks we team up with artists and create new art to raise money for special needs causes. Here you can learn about the artists and the causes we’ve given back to.

Be Like Josh

March 30th – April 12th

The Be Like Josh foundation is a non profit organization dedicated to celebrating animals with special needs. Not only do they survive, but they thrive and inspire. Through our journey of saving these dogs, we are able to educate people and younger generations, about the beauty of special abilities.

 

Reece's Rainbow

March 16th – March 29th

Reece’s Rainbow advocates and finds families for orphans internationally with Down syndrome and other special needs by raising funds for adoption grants and promoting awareness through an online community, media communications, and other events.

Beyond Autism

March 2nd – March 15th

We look beyond the word autism to see our students as they are—amazing individuals with a deep desire to learn and connect in their own unique way.

 

Team Abri Foundation

February 17th -March 1st

Team Abri Foundation brings bags to moms whose kids have been recently diagnosed with childhood cancer. These bags are filled with things that were helpful on Abri’s mom Nikkole’s  journey and she hopes they bring some comfort to new warrior moms as well. Because no warrior mom fights alone!

Liveup Programs

February 03rd – February 16th

LiveUp Programs is a curriculum-based program, dedicated to helping participants across four core focus areas: life skill and social skill development, healthy living and giving back. They are a community for adults with Down syndrome made up of brothers and sisters who come together to learn new things and have a blast!

 

Ryan House

January 13th -January 26th

For Arizona families caring for children with life‐threatening conditions, every moment, touch and smile count. Quality time, a must for sustaining energy and hope, is nearly impossible for most families to find on their own. Respite – short breaks from the continuous strain of round-the-clock care – is essential for families to remain intact, and for children to experience quality of life. That’s what Ryan House is all about.

Hawkshop

December 30th – January 12th

HawkShop at Higgins Middle School is a partnership between caring adults, students with disabilities, and typically developing peers formed with the mission to engage in social, vocational, and community based experience with a positive, goal oriented focus that will meet a need within our school community and support our school values by providing students-in-need with access to clothing, toiletries, and staple food items. All items are donated by the community and offered free-of-charge to those students.

Bridgewood farms

December 16th – December 29th

Bridgewood Farms was originally founded as Montgomery County Children’s Center in 1967.  Over half a century later, our organization has evolved to meet the changing needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.  We work to improve the overall quality of life for each of our special needs clients by bridging the gap between the resources available in our community and the unique abilities of each of our clients.

Rhett's Roadies

December 02nd – December 15th

Rhett is an 8-year-old boy with Down syndrome, and the inspiration for the non-profit organization, Rhett’s Roadies. On any given day, you can find him watching rodeo videos on YouTube and rough-housing with his little brother, Knox. He, with the help of Knox, created some great art for Paper-Clouds Apparel in hopes for more awareness and inclusion for people with Down syndrome!

Collaborative Corner

November 18th – December 1st

Collaborative Corner for Exceptional Children is a new non-profit organization that believes it shouldn’t be challenging for families of children with exceptional needs to gather professional and accurate information about their child’s diagnosis. Their core value is to offer families the assistance they need to help their exceptional children.

Welcome to the Third Annual Guitars for Good project. Each year we find extremely talented musicians whole desire to help is even bigger than their musical talents. Please take a minute to read about the artists with special needs creating these designs. The special needs causes each musician has chosen. Hopefully you will give their music a listen as well.

All Play Together

June 3rd – June 16th

All Play Together is a nonprofit working tirelessly to raise funds to build an all-inclusive playground with specialized equipment for individuals of all ages and abilities.

School of Rock New Braunfels

May 20th – June 2nd

School of Rock New Braunfels’s music teachers are experienced musicians devoted to helping students attain musical proficiency. From singing to drums to guitar, our New Braunfels music instructors inspire and teach students to perform live.

Spencer's place

May 6th – May 19th

Spencer’s Place is a Coffee Shop and Bistro that employs individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Our mission is to train and empower teens and adults and to provide the community with an experience that is heart changing.

Gallatin Miracle Park part II

April 22nd – May 5th

Gallatin Parks and Recreation plans to convert one of the city’s softball fields into an all-inclusive park that would be accessible for children and adults with special needs.

Acting antics

March 25th – April 7th

Acting Antics offers unique opportunities for children, teens, and adults who have difficulty with social skills or a diagnosis on the autism spectrum. We believe in using the creative arts to encourage social skills and communication growth.

Keegan's krew

February 11th – February 24th

Keegan managed to touch the lives of countless people. He was a smart, compassionate, funny, brave and creative child with an old soul. Sadly, Keegan ended his life at only 11 years old to escape his own pain. His family immediate banded together with friends and members of the community to continue his goal of Bully Patrol, and to share Keegan’s story to anyone who would listen.
