We are a multi-faceted approach to adult transition programs for those with intellectual disabilities.
Our facility is comprised of adults with special needs and abilities.
We strive to create opportunities for each individual that promotes their gifts and talents. Job coaches prepare our staff for their specific tasks through training and encouragement.

Spencer is a 28-year-old young man who attends advanced independence day program. You can often find him in his room jamming out to music or reading. Spencer loves football and is undeniably the biggest Green Bay Packer fan. During a football game, it is more exciting to watch Spencer’s reactions than the football game! Charli is 13 years old and is Spencer’s step sister. She enjoys playing volleyball and soccer. Charli thinks Spencer is the most hilarious person she knows. She most recently did a presentation in school about inclusion and treating those with disabilities kindly because they are just like me and you.

Alex is a 25-year-old young lady who attends advanced independence day program. Alex has many great ideas and goals. She is very creative and enjoys painting nails, making crafts and helping her friends with activities. Alex is also a fan of Tinker Bell. Alex is also working toward gaining skills to become independently employed.

Marnie, is a 27-year-old young lady who attends advanced independence day program. Marty enjoys music and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys participating in activities with her peers with the assistance from her favorite staff, Miss Alyssa. Marty has a smile that can light up the room.
